North Harbor Tower

North Harbor Tower is a 55 story residential structure which was completed in 1988. Compared to Harbor Point (1975) and Outer
Drive East (1963), it is a relatively new structure. However all the other buildings along Harbor Drive are newer including The Parkshore (1991), The Lancaster (2005) and The Regatta (2006).
Windows form a triangular projection to allow residents to make the most of the views in the neighborhood including Lake Michigan, Navy Pier, the new Lakeshore East Park, Grant Park, and more.
